Intellectual Property Rights
All instructional content, photography, breath sequences, and blog materials hosted on yogalifeuk.org are the exclusive property of Yoga Life UK. We provide this knowledge for your personal practice and educational use only.
You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, selling, or distributing our proprietary instructional materials for commercial gain without explicit written consent. This includes our anatomical guides and visual sequences.
Assumption of Risk
Physical movement, by its nature, involves inherent risk. By participating in sessions or following blog demonstrations, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming these risks.
- You must listen to your body and adjust movement as needed for your specific comfort level.
- Consult a healthcare provider before starting any new physical regimen if you have pre-existing concerns.
- Yoga Life UK is not responsible for any physical strain resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety cues.
Booking & Cancellations
Our class availability and schedule are managed to ensure high-quality instruction. When you book a session at our Southampton studio or online, you agree to the following:
Notice Period
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session start time to receive a full credit.
No-Show Policy
Missing a session without prior notice will result in the loss of that session credit without refund.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose. Harassment of other community members in blog comments or during sessions will lead to immediate termination of your access.
